21 April 2008After I've spent 2 days in Paris, so it's a time to Switzerland. I took a TGV(Train à Grande Vitesse), the French rail network, these superb trains will whisk you safely and smoothly to over 60 destinations across France at speeds of up to 186 mph (300 km/h).

3 hours later, I arrived Geneva, the border of France and Switzerland, at here it look quite and was raining too. I've checked in the
City hostel Geneva ( 5 mins walk from station) and then went out to have a lunch. Luckily that I can found a small Thai-Japanese restaurant near this and sure, I've ordered Thai spicy food. Not too bad for me, I've got a power to go on!! ha ha. But unluckily that it was still raining and today was the "Easter" public holiday, which no place to go as much. So I just try to rode the Tram and looked out for the night life here.

After checked out and had breakfast in next day morning in COOP (a Swiss mall that you can buy cheap stuffs to eat and drink, not too bad), I took a Tram to went throuh and walked around Geneva again. Then I had to go on, as the information from the hostel that the nearest place that I can see snow is in Nyon, an half hour from Geneva, and can went to there easily by local train. The local train from Nyon station to St. Cergue departed every hour. This is the first time to play snow, funny but deeply cold. = ="

Unfortunately, whilst I was enjoying and exciting with a bland snow, a snow storm has appeared and I had to walked back into the tourist station and wait for the train to Nyon station.
2 hours here but very be impress on snow !!
